In this module, you will learn about dignity and respect and why it matters, how to respond to disrespectful behaviour and how to build and reinforce a respectful, dignity-centred culture.

In this module, you will learn what freedom of speech and expression is, why it is important, what an employer can do to promote free speech and potential challenges and barriers you may encounter.  

In this module, you will learn what experiential learning means, the core characteristics needed, the benefits of experiential learning and how to further your experiential learning skills.  

The module will focus on the key principles and benefits of informed consent, how to create an effective informed consent policy and some best practices for managing informed consent in the workplace.

This module will focus on the purpose of safeguarding, how to effectively safeguard adults in the workplace and what to do if an individual is at risk of harm or an incident occurs.
